Espiritu de Chile Explorador Sauvignon Blanc 2020 - This wine comes from a dramatic and beautiful area of Chile, in the Leyda Valley right by the Pacific ocean north of the capital Santiago. The cool, windy conditions here, combined with bright sunshine create a wine of lovely vibrancy and intense fruity flavours. Zesty citrus and lime fruits and some herbal character giving complexity and lots of length. Bracing and refreshing! Works fanatically well with fresh seafood or sushi.
Vionta Godello 2020 - A clean bright wine, lemon yellow in colour with greenish tints. This has plenty of green apple, stone fruit and pear with hints of citrus. The wine is fruity with a good balance of fresh acidity, making this wonderfully balanced and enjoyable by itself, or as a match to fish, salads and cheese.
Black Cottage Pinot Noir Rosé 2021 - This New Zealand rosé is fresh, elegant and eminently drinkable. On the nose, it delivers notes of cranberry, melon and sea breeze aromas with undertones of raspberries and subtle liquorice, mirrored on the palate. The finish is clean and dry with a lick of salt. Its delicate flavours make this bright, sophisticated wine a delightful aperitif to sip in the sunshine but it also works well with seafood, particularly shellfish.

Espiritu de Chile Explorador Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 - Cabernet Sauvignon from carefully selected vineyards in Maipo Valley. 12 months spent ageing in American and French oak barrels give the wine great structure, balance and complexity. The aromas are of cherry and blackberry combineds with spicy notes such as black pepper and mocha. It is sweet and juicy in the mouth with smooth, ripe tannins.
