Twisting Spirits is a new Micro Distillery based in Oxfordshire producing distinctive and unusual craft gins. The gin is distilled, labelled and bottled by hand on the premises. They use a unique dual distillation process to produce gins which are quite different and distinctive.  Firstly, a fine gin is produced using traditional processes and equipment. The alcohol and quality botanicals are slowly distilled in a traditional copper alembic pot still, fusing the oils and tastes together. Separately, the lighter speciality botanicals are cold distilled in high quality alcohol, to preserve the delicate tastes and aromas.  The two distillations are then ‘twisted’ together resulting in perfectly balanced gin packed with fresh aromas and taste.
