Sky Wave Liberation Gin has an inviting and reassuringly traditional nose with sharp citrus alongside dry juniper and spices. To taste it is pleasingly smooth but also dry and herbaceous with a slight astringency. Juniper and dry spices - specifically coriander - dominate the palate but are balanced with zesty lemon and subtle, lifted vanilla notes. With some rounded sweetness on the medium finish this is a very pleasing spirit which reveals softer, more delicate notes with the addition of water.

It’s easy to see why this outstanding gin has been named the World’s Best Contemporary London Dry Gin at the World Gin Awards 2020. Fresh and zingy on the nose; its aroma starts your mouth watering before you’ve even tried it. On tasting, it bursts with a delicate crisp, citrusy flavour, followed by a long smooth juniper led body, ending with quite an intense warm and spicy finish, making it very moreish and unusual. It has a smooth mouth feel and lingers like a velvet glove on your tongue. Sky Wave lovingly combine 13 different botanicals from juniper and orris root, through grapefruit and orange, to cardamom and coriander to create his highly individual gin, for the true gin connoisseur.
How to make the Perfect Serve for Sky Wave Signature London Dry Gin:
Mix one part Sky Wave Gin with two parts tonic. We advise a neutral and not too sweet tonic, such as our partners , Merchant’s Heart. Garnish with a slice of ruby grapefruit and juniper berries.
