Ruby colouration. The nose presents vanilla on the forefront, followed swiftly by a combination of raspberries and soft spices. Velvet on the mouth, with a rich palate of red berries, cinnamon and an almost butterscotch like sweetness. The finish really lasts.

All of Domaine Roblet-Monnot holdings are in Volnay and cover an area spanning 6 hectares. The vineyard turned to bio-dynamic wine making in 1997 and has 12,000 vines per hectare with very low yield of 30-35 hectoliters per hectare These combined factors have transformed the estate into one of the leading sources of wine from these communes.
