Discover

Nyetimber Vineyard pioneered the UK's recent rise to fame and recognition for its ability to be taken seriously at international level. The estate was conceived, planted and equipped exclusively for the production of top-quality sparkling wines. The Nyetimber sparkling Rosé is produced using the same traditional methods as the Classic Cuvée and Blanc de Blancs, the process including the secondary fermentation in the bottle and ageing on lees for at least three years prior to release. Made from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, a portion of the Pinot is fermented with the skins to make the Rosé colour. These grapes must be in perfect condition to make the very best quality rosé; and it will therefore only be produced in years when the environment is at its optimum. The first vintage of Nyetimber Rosé is from the 2007 harvest.
