Mouton Cadet's 2018 Pessac-Léognan has a higher percentage of Merlot, rounding out the classic blackberry and graphite character of Cabernet. Toasty oak notes appear on the palate, alongside rich black fruit and focussing minerality. Pair with roast meats, rich mushroom dishes and hard cheeses.
