A classic dry gin with the flavours of Provence. Juniper led with layers of citrus, floral perfume, herbal and earthy tones all on a subtle grape roundness, soft enough to be sipped as it is.
Recommended as a sipping gin, mixed in a Martini or with tonic water.
Mirabeau crafted this exceptional small batch Gin using some of the most precious botanicals found on the French Riviera. With a nod to their heritage, it's distilled from grapes and infused with their elegant Provence Rosé. Botanicals used in the gin’s production are: juniper, citrus, orris root, angelica root, coriander seed, rose petals, lavender, jasmine, bay, thyme and rosemary.
