With its fine bubbles and a generous mousse, Champagne Laurent-Perrier's La Cuvee Blanc NV, is a cornerstone of Champagne excellence. Bright and fresh, this full-bodied cuvée bedazzles the palate with lively citrus, green apple and honeysuckle. Best served between 8 - 10 °C, it makes an elegant aperitif and also works brilliantly with delicate canapés. This impressive bubbly from one of the last great family-run Champagne houses is made from 55% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier.
The founding president of Laurent-Perrier group, Bernard de Nonancourt, was a French resistance fighter during the Second World War and won a Military Cross for his service. After the war ended, ‘Le Grand Bernard’ (as he became affectionately known), built one of the most successful businesses in Champagne. The legendary Laurent-Perrier style and range is now overseen by Bernard’s two daughters Alexandra and Stéphanie, who focus on perpetuating Bernard’s exacting standards and excellence.
