Carefully selected grapes from the Southwest of France, where the best conditions for the optimal growing of Chardonnay and Colombard converge. The first fermentation is carried out at a low temperature to enhance its intense aroma. The final blend is decided by the winemakers after numerous tastings, and the second fermentation is done in isobaric tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. Once the second fermentation is complete, the wine is cooled to 1ºC for optimal preservation and remains in contact with its fine lees until the moment of bottling.

For appetizers, we recommend clams in green sauce, mushrooms stuffed with cheese and walnuts, homemade French fries, lightly spiced appetizers, truffled edamame, eggs Benedict.
For main dishes: seabass fillet with peas and fennel, lemon spaghetti with broccoli or spinach, salmon en croûte, Greek cuisine, grilled lobster, pork loin with sweet and sour sauce, carbonara pasta.
