Made from Shiraz grapes grown in specially selected vineyards in South Eastern Australia. A ripe, round red with smooth blackcurrant fruit flavours, silky soft tannins and a hint of spice and pepper. While smooth enough to be enjoyed on its own, this wine pairs well with grilled meats, rich casseroles & strong cheeses.
