The palate definitely follows through, with deep, rich mocha infused tannins and the trademark length. It rides on top of that wave of indulgent phenolics, the pure dark berry freshness of Block 3 dances precariously, like a surfer clinging on before being inevitably overwhelmed. As this vineyard matures, it learns not to shout, but that does nothing to steal from its authority."

A commitment to hands off winemaking: gravity flow, wild yeasts, wild malo, an avoidance of fining and filtration all help preserve the wine's expression of its terroir. The result is Riesling, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir which accurately express the authenticity and complexity of our unique vineyards.
