Recommended by James Davis, Master of Wine – one of the most accomplished professionals in the wine business:
"Chile is a world class producer of Pinot Noir and this example from Espíritu de Chile is no exception. This Reserva wine has lovely fresh red fruits, black cherry and raspberries along with a touch of cinnamon spice and vanilla. Great with smoked fish or lighter meat dishes".

The fantastic Espíritu de Chile wines portray the diverse landscape, culture, history and tastes of Chile. The Explorador and Intrepido ranges include wines from some of the best wine making regions in the country - Curicó, Maipo and Leyda Valleys.
The grapes used in this Pinot Noir were sourced from the Curicó valley, one of Chile’s valleys with the richest winegrowing tradition. The vineyards are close to the Andes, between 500 and 700 meters above sea level.
Grapes were softly crushed and underwent a pre-fermentation maceration for 5 days at 10º C. Then the alcoholic fermentation took place in open top tanks. During this period cap plunging and pump overs were done manually. Malolactic fermentation took place in French oak barrels (30% first use / 70% second and third use barrels), where the wine was kept for 8-10 months before bottling.
The perfect bottle to drink while you share the experiences of your most recent adventure.
