Try with your favourite gin mixer, on it's own with a few cubes of ice, or shake it up in one of your favourite gin cocktails. Chase suggest making a 'Raspberry & Basil Gin Smash', a riff on the classic Collins.

Chase are a single-estate distillery, creating fine spirits since 2008 from the produce grown on their farm in Herefordshire. Created by William Chase, the owner and founder of Tyrrells crisps, the distillery focuses its production on potato vodka, gin and cider, using ingredients sourced on-site at Rosemaund Farm.
