This 100% Chardonnay is beautifully golden with a persistent mousse and elegant bubbles. Aromas of yellow fruit, peach and apricot, Chardonnay minerality and notes of lemon and grapefruit. Incisive and supple, evolving on the palate with freshness and great balance. Flavours of peach and apricot overlay mineral and lemony notes on the finish.
