This cuvée is composed of a blend of three Champagne grape varieties to which is added a proportion of reserve wines aged in oak barrels which gives it roundness and complexity. With its fruity aromas, its brioche flavours and the finesse of its bubbles, it will accompany an aperitif or fish in sauce.

Champagne Gaston Dericbourg is a family owned and run property in Pierry and their wines are made with a combination of grapes from the family vigneyards and those of carefully selected friends and neighbours. The brand itself was founded in 1920 and since 1960 it has been run by the Mandois family, close friends of Gaston himself who died without an heir.
