Cava

Cava offers a high quality and great value sparkling wine, most similar in style to Champagne. This Spanish fizz is always produced in the traditional 'Champagne' method, but the difference here is the native grapes used in the blend.  The most common blend is of Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel·lo. Cava is a drier style than most Prosecco's, and is gaining in popularity for the superb quality on offer. We love the Segura Viudas craft range of Cava's which are delicious and such good value.
