"Located in Lujan de Cuyo, Uco valley and Maipu. These three areas have different altitudes, going from 650 m.a.s.l. – 1060 m.a.s.l. causing a stressed thermal amplitude. The drop of temperature at night makes grapes ripen slowly during a longer period of time, resulting wide range of aromas and flavors which will be fresher."
