This sustainably produced, zingy white offers all of the exuberance and fruity freshness that you would expect from a classic New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. The palate is crisply sharp with plenty of grapefruit and gooseberry, underpinned with notes of lime, pear and sugarsnap pea. Refreshing citrus notes along with a leafy and mineral complexity, leading to a long clean finish.

The 'Earth Series' focuses on small batch production, experimental winemaking, and sustainability in the vineyards and winery. 2021 was a challenging but promising vintage, producing small quantities of excellent quality, tight, focussed wines with refreshing citrussy, herbaceous notes.
