This Sauvignon Blanc was hand harvested during March, after a long ripening season in the Leyda Valley, just 8km from the Pacific Ocean. The sea's influence makes for a unique wine. It is crisp and fresh, with good acidity, and it demonstrated the citrusy flavours typical of this special region.

Aresti is a family-owned winery founded in 1951, when Vicente Aresti and his father-in-law Alfredo López established the winery in Chile's Curicó Valley. Today, Vincente's daughters Begoña and Ana María Aresti López carry on what he started, and run what is now one of Chile's most successful and well-regarded wineries.
