A delicious blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Petit Verdot combine to achieve a mature and concentrated wine of solid character. The aromas are complex - fruity notes of plum and blackberry combine with those of mocha and coffee, a result of time spent ageing in oak barrels. The wine is sweet and juicy on the palate with great structure and soft, ripe tannins. A must-try wine, perfect to enjoy with red meats or mature cheeses.
