This cuvée reflects a new approach to Anjou Blanc winemaking since the year 2000. Specific plots of land are carefully selected for this appellation, and the vines are meticulously tended. This wine will surprise you with the beautiful ripeness of the Chenin Blanc grapes. It boasts a deep golden-yellow colour. This appellation is capable of competing with the finest white wines.

It pairs beautifully with shellfish, appetisers, fish, white meats, and can also be enjoyed as an aperitif.
