Vinaceous Wines (established 2007) are a leading part of the new movement of non-traditional wine producers in Australia – they source all their grapes from the best vineyards in the premium maritime climate wine regions of Margaret River, Adelaide Hills and McLaren Vale to make their unique and supurb value range of wines. As well as the usual French varietals, Vinaceous champions emerging new varietals in Oz such as Pinot Grigio, Vermentino and Tempranillo.

‘Industria’ (meaning diligence) Chardonnay is a refreshing take on a traditional Chardonnay; lean, bright, clean and backed with good acid and a touch of new French oak. Drink now or in 2-3 years, this is great on it's own or with light pasta dishes.

"From Mendoza clones in southern Margaret River, 20% barrel-fermented in new French barriques, 40% used French barriques, and 40% stainless steel. Trembles on the brink of sauvignon blanc with its low alcohol, grapefruit-driven palate, but doesn't go over thanks to heavenly intervention (and an earthly peep of white peach)." 92pts - James Halliday, The Wine Companion
